Doll-E Girl was born and raised in the city of Lincoln Heights, California. She has
always been a big fan of Low-riders and Low-riding. “If it wasn’t for that, I would
have gotten into a lot of trouble. But what really kept me off the streets was my love for
music” says Doll-E Girl. Family and friends are also very important in Doll-E’s life. She
says that she is, “Very lucky to have their support and understanding [and that] without it,
I wouldn’t have this opportunity.”
Back in 2002, Doll-E Girl dropped her first verse for some old friends. Then in early
2003, she was introduced to Darrel Lynn C.E.O. of Lynn Drum Productions. He helped
put together Doll-E’s first demo entitled “211 on your Love”. The streets loved the demo
and Johnny U from Thick Skin Entertainment then picked it up. In 2005 he released her
first album “To know me is to Love me” which was a success worldwide.
In 2006, Doll-E released her first compilation album entitled “Street Shot Callers” which
was distributed by XXX Records. Then in 2007, Doll-e Girl released her third album
entitled “I got your Back” through Diamond Records. The first single off the album “Do
it Daddy” Feat. Baby Bash was produced by multi-platinum producer Fingazz, and went
on to become a big radio hit.
Doll-E has performed with artists such as Too Short, E-40, T-Pain, Cypress Hill, Lil Rob,
MC Magic, Paul Wall, and Omarion. In 2007, Doll-E Girl jumped into the acting pool
and has been in such movies and TV shows as 187, My Name Is Earl, Lie To Me, and
recently she made an appearance in Lady Gaga’s music video “Telephone” feat. Beyoncé.
Doll-E Girl’s album entitled “My Diaries of Love” was released in spring of 2010.
That same year, Doll-E Girl inked an imprint label deal with MIH Entertainment
Group. “Doll-E Girl is really talented and that’s why I signed her and her label. I have
been an A&R for many years; Doll-e and her label Set-Up Shop Records, that’s the next
big thing,” says Michael Conner, Chief Executive Officer of MIH Entertainment Group.
Doll-e Girl’s last album entitled “Steel Banging Mafiosa Stories” was released October
26th, 2010.
Her new album “Unleashed” produced by Cricket from Cricket Productions is completed
and scheduled to be released August 30th 2011. With this album she has broadened her
style by adding singing in Spanish, which she has never had in any of her other albums.
The album will be a two-disc album, another first for Doll-E. It includes everything from
mainstream music to West coast rap, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Spanish Electro rap. Some
of her features include MC Magic, Mateo, DJ Kane, and Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony. Her
single is “Gangster Girl” feat. Mateo. The new album embodies her more feminine side
while still keeping her hard street appeal.
A compilation album entitled “Street Shot Callers 2” is Doll-E’s next project that she is
currently working on. “I continue to still make music because of my fans and because I
want to tell the story of my life and all the things that I have been through” explains Doll-
E Girl.
