Calibre 50 was created just a couple of years and are originally from Mazatla, Sinaloa. Their style is fresh and innovative and is accomplished with characteristic instruments of their state, tuba, twelve string guitar, accordion and drums.
The band consists of 4 young Mexicans and the group takes its name from the idea of wanting something that identify an impressive name and to show that nothing could stop its path and dreams. Calibre 50 resonates with bullet that can’t be stopped even by bullet-proof vest, that’s how they consider themselves. A force with a dream to achieve and that only God and the public can stop.
