On October 13, 1978 was a new member to the family of Ruben and Eileen Lugo. Roberto was born in Bronx Lebanon Hospital in N. Y., becoming younger brother lorrainne and Ruben Jr. His birth was a great joy to his family. At six months, suffering from the lungs, causing distress to her mother that led her to creating solutions in her search for God's concern. From child Robert was having multiple talents, which developed by participating in special programs at school and community.
