Ramon Orlando was born on July 29, 1960. He began his musical studies in 1975 at the National Conservatory of Music, where he graduated as Master of the Piano, but long before his artistic career had begun. He was just 14 years old when he started in the orchestra La Tribu, owned by his father, Cuco Valoy. In this group served as pianist, arranger, singer and composer until 1984.
