New Era is a bilingual Dominican Bachata group based in the United States. They published a series of albums during the regrouping before the beginning of 2000 years later. Founded in 1999, the group consists of cousins Eunel Torres (born June 30, 1982, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, raised in New Jersey) and Jahny Jiménez (born June 24, 1982, in New Jersey) as well as Anel Peralta (born May 24, 1987, in New York, NY.)
