Marta Fonseca was born in 1967 in San Jose, Costa Rica. Driven from an early age by her father Francisco Fonseca, a guitarist and learned to play guitar at age 8 by being self-taught.
During high school and college, Marta was involved in various song festivals, developing vocally talent. Fonseca graduated from Colegio La Salle in 1983, and entered the University of Costa Rica studying Modern Languages, and is dedicated to modeling and recording types of music....
