Latinos For Equality is an organization dedicated to helping ensure that Latinos enjoy the same basic natural rights as other Americans of different races and ethnicities. In addition, Latinos for Equality is an organization that promotes cultural harmony by adding value to local communities. We support numerous charities and spend a great deal of our resources on community service projects that are for the benefit of all Americans, regardless of background.

Latinos for Equality was founded by three life-long friends; each with completely different backgrounds yet bound together by the desire to fight injustices facing the Latino population in the United States. With Latinos facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles that negatively affect us all, we feel that now is the time bring all of the realities of these issues to the forefront of the people of America.

LFE Directors are all sons of immigrant families and have seen the American dream in various stages.
