Luis Santiago was born on December 8th 1970 in Baymon, Puerto Rico, His parents before they had accepted God as their personal savior were part of Orquestra Nater, forming part which was then known as Las Estrellas de Fania.
Son after, his parents lead Luis' path the God at a young age. At the age of 5, Luis adored his savior and joined the quire at the church named Dios Pentecostal M.I. in Riverview, Puerto Rico.
