Los Tucanes consists of six Mexicans from Sinaloa Mexico. Their names are Mario Quintero, Mario Moreno, Alfredo Gonzalez, Clemente Flores, David Servin and Gustavo Labrada. Los Tucanes have fourteen years playing together.
The name was selected by Los Tucanes which seemed to have a style that emphasizes color of a toucan. When they play their songs they seem to fly and sing in a spectacular symphony.
The city of Tijuana is the one that offered them the opportunity to make themselves known. As many other artists, who left for the United States to test new horizons, Los Tucanes began singing at family parties, dance halls and this is where people were impressed by the unique style of the group.
