Los Toros Band achieved success almost from its inception. Together with Juan Luis Guerra, they have become two undisputed musical ambassadors of the Dominican Republic.
Their music blends tropical rhythms like bachata, salsa and merengue. Were submitted to a full house in countries such as Puerto Rico, Canada and the United States. Their songs have come to play in countries like Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and even China.
The band was founded by Gerardo Diaz, also known as "El Torito, Hector Acosta," Olvis García, José Luis Alcequies and Robin Joel Vasquez.
Los Toros Band have released 13 albums including Se Soltaron los Toros, Pa’ Que sigan Bailando, Lo Bailan Bien, Toromanía, Pa 'La Calle y Serenata, among many others. |
