Vallenato musical group formed in 1983 by accordionist and vocalist Omar Geles Miguel Morales. Its name comes from the nickname he received from Omar Geles child who eventually became the sole director of the organization, the name became known after 1986, because in the beginning was conceived under the name Omar Geles "el diablitol" and Miguel Morales.
His romantic style has been largely contributing to the expansion of this subgenre with other organizations such as El Binomio de Oro, Los Embajadores Vallenatos, Los Chiches Vallenatos, among others.
In 1985 he released his first album titled "De verdad verdad", hence its first single "Tu", composed by Hernando Marín. Here begins the consolidation of the group nationwide. |
