Jay Brown grew in El Monte, California. Growing up in the streets of El Monte wasn’t easy for Jay! As a teenager he got a taste of what the hard knock life was really about. Jay and his parents with no money had nowhere to turn and after losing their home they were forced to live in the streets. While friends and family were living in the comfort and security of their homes, Jay and his parents were forced to live out of a van in various parks of El Monte.
