At 14 years of age as an accordionist in a local group, Manuel Felix decided to form his own group. So began the search for young musicians of his age. Unable to find a vocalist Manuel decided to start singing and record his first CD titled "Por La Plaza" which contains 8 corridos and 6 songs under the seal of Atlas records.
Manuel Felix is a native of Culiacan Sinaloa and is influences by bands like Los Titanes de Durango, Los Alegres del Barranco, and Cartel De Sinaloa.
The album reached good air play on the radio in southern California with the theme of "El Macizo" which was composed by his inspiration.
