Banda Cosado initiated in Bakersfield, California. The band consists of hard workers who worked at the fields picking grapes and are originaly from Oaxaca, Mexico. It all started in 2010 when the founder Juan Cortes after being part of many groups for several years decided to initiate a new project which would include a violin which was played by his father and Juan as well, which is what distinguishes this band. A new style and a different tune. That's when Juan invited his friends and family to join him and become part of the band to sing at private parties and weddings.
A good friend of Juan Cortes mentioned an audition for bands taking place at Mega Tv's Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento. That's how Banda Costado broke through the barriers.... All of Banda Costado's Biography >> |
