Amarfis Aquino was born in Sabana Grande de Boya located just an hour from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Since the begining he felt a great inclination for music and the for sports.
He formed a small band which was in charge of entertaining the people on holidays such as Christmas and the bosses. Then with more experience he participated in several local and provincial festivals achieving the affection of all the public who participated in the festivals. A few months later Amarfis goes to the capital where he was offered several jobs in orchestras very popular and he refuses because he wanted to prepare first....
