Allison is a power pop band from Mexico. Their lyrics speak of love primarily but giving it a personal touch that gives them an original sound. They are commonly heard among adolescents in Latin America, public sharing with bands like Panda. In August 2006, they opened the concert in Mexico of U.S. band Yellowcard demonstrating that they were most welcome by the public.
At first Erik and Manolín met at school and decided to do a band with a common purpose. Each came from different bands. It was then that Erik got the band to two friends "El Burro", ex-guitarist and "Andry", ex-drummer and since then continued giving and the first test comprised the song "Ya no quiero saber."
