The contemporary Catholic music ministry "Alfareros" arises from the concern of a group of young people of La Romana (RD), who in trying to encourage a Mass a day of Corpus Christi in 1995, brought a new concept in evangelism through music, musical incorporate the electric guitar, bass and amplification.
After seeing the reaction to the new proposal, the group takes shape and begins the work of evangelization through tropical music, thus showing a very authentic identity within their environment.
